A one stop shop for all your Hauling Permits in Maryland! _________________________________________ US 50 / 301 Bay Bridge Queen Annes / Anne Arundel (Saturday, November 7) NO PERMIT LOADS at the BAY BRIDGE between 8 PM Saturday, November 7 through 2 PM Sunday, November 8. Permit loads moving on Sunday, November 8 SHALL NOT arrive at the Bay Bridge prior to 2 PM. In accordance with Executive Order 01.01.2026.09, the Maryland State Highway Administration will temporarily waive the fee for 30-day Exceptional Agriculture Hauling Permit through the end of the effective date of the order https://governor.maryland.gov/media/1110 **Updated auto issue threshold- we have updated the auto issue threshold from 200k to 225k, and from 120'L to 139'L, loads up to including 225k, 14'W, 14'6"H, and 139'L with a passing route may now move 24/7 with authorization and escorts when required. Always read your permit. 05-13-2026-Frederick County- Please contact Frederick County office at heavyhauls@frederickcountymd.gov for approval to travel on Frederick County roads, they must be notified at least 3-5 business days prior to the transportation date for scheduling purposes.
